The landscaped surroundings, flowering plants, and shaded sit-outs create a welcoming transition from the outdoors, ideal for a café setting. 

  Inside, the spaces have been reimagined to suit a café environment without losing the warmth of a home. High ceilings with exposed beams improve ventilation and thermal comfort, essential for Goa’s tropical climate. Arched niches, built-in shelving, and soft pastel hues reference traditional Goan interiors, while modern lighting and finishes introduce a refined, contemporary feel.  The circulation spaces and walkways maintain an indoor-outdoor connection, a defining feature of Goan architecture. Natural light, cross-ventilation, and carefully selected materials ensure the space remains comfortable, inviting, and contextually rooted. The result is a renovation that respects the home’s original identity while adapting it seamlessly for its new function as a café and residence.
